Vineeth Services has started our modest operations on 1st of Feb 2003, with a team of hardworking professionals,in Bangalore. The organisation structure is as follows
THE PROPRIETOR
Well Conversant in the field of Conservancy (House-keeping) Services and self concerned about customer satisfaction provides able guidance to staff.
MANAGEMENT STAFF
We have proper departmentation in our organisation; we appoint management staff to look after their respective fields of activity. This helps us to manage the affairs of Organisation in professional way.
HR. & P. & A. Dept.
This department looks after all the functions of HR and Admin. like recruitment and selection of staff, training, wages, salary and their promotions and transfers from one unit to another, related activities etc,. An experienced professional degree holder, heads this department, and the subordinates assist him.
The Customer Care / Client Servicing Dept.
This department takes care of all customer grievances, complaints and does the needful settlement in a short span of time by providing Conservancies articles within a stipulated times.
Operations Department
This department headed by Operations Executive who is instrumental in supervising the activities of all the units, where we provide housekeeping (Conservancy) services. This is key department as this department finalizes as to what is to be done. This department will decide the activities of the staff and all the related matters.
Field Supervisors
Experienced supervisors will activates all the units.
Unit Supervisors
Unit supervisors will take care of all the activities and take daily instructions from the authorized authority of the unit to fulfill their orders.
House Keeping Staff
The house keeping boys who work on the units discharge their duties to the fullest satisfaction of themselves as well as the clients. This staff is properly and tidy dressed, trained in efficient and effective in their, respective duties.
We ensure all the services provided by us are supervised at all the levels by our management so as to provide "TOTAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION"
