| Housekeeping deployed will be responsible for the following daily Conservancy activities: |

| All floors of the entire work place will be cleaned as per your requirement. |
| Cleaning of the windowpanes (inside and outside), which will be done every fort-nightly, with utmost care & under vigilant supervision of our supervisors. |
| Dusting up of all furniture & cleaning glasses & panels with utmost care with appropriate accessories & materials provided by us (If any company prefers to provide materials). |
| Dusting of all Computers, typewriters, telephone instruments, fax machines & photocopy machines etc. will be done daily. |
| Sweeping & moping of the use of the floors daily under able supervision of the supervisors provided by us with the use of the materials which is also provided by us. etc |
In addition to the above our Executive Operation will carry out a monthly spring-cleaning activity on any of the non-working day. Other than all above points we will take day-to-day administrative instruction to serve you better, as we believe in "TOTAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION"
